宗教意識的衝突與暴力

大人用計智解袂開

沈沈重重

壓佇恁幼細ê肩胛頭

親像佇伯利恆受刣囡仔
恁無辜的血

欲佇逐世代講起

用暴力欲顧守ê 權力

會歸於空空

世界逐位攏有囡仔

欲繼續佇殘酷ê環境中

讀冊唱歌學寫字
學習思考認識世界
永遠無怍戇百姓

As long ago the children in Bethlehem,
You become the victims of the adults

who fear to lose their power.

The complex of religious conflict,

even is too much for the government,

now becomes unbearable heavy burden

upon your little shoulder.

As long ago the children in Bethlehem,

the blood of the innocents is speaking

through the ages and everywhere:
The Power which kept by violence

will never stand long.

Now the children around the world,
even when hate and fear are dominating,

will go on learning, singing and writing.

We will learn how to see the world,

and never be fooled by the mighty.
